LEARN MORE ABOUT ME

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Masters in Social Work from Boston College. I have a background in working with children, adolescents, and young adults across environments including school, community, and home settings. I am passionate about supporting individuals experiencing the impacts of anxiety, trauma, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, depression, and life transitions.

I am a trauma-informed therapist who greatly values creating a judgment-free and safe space for my clients to explore their experiences. I believe that at the foundation of therapy is a trusting, consistent, and human therapeutic relationship. I often utilize humor and time dedicated to client-centered connection and understanding. Additionally, I rely on treatment modalities such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy. When I am not working, you can find me crafting, exploring the outdoors, or hanging out with my two cats!
