What is Coaching?Coaching is when an individual works with a trained professional in a process of self-discovery and self-awareness. Throughout the process, the coach helps the individual to identify areas of strength and areas of need in order to develop goals and create a plan for attaining those goals. The coach is able to support individuals with accountability to follow the plan and make progress on goals, and overall a better quality of life. The one constant in life is change. While change can be good, it can also feel chaotic, making it difficult to remain focused and motivated. We know we are in a time where people need more support with all the changes we continue to experience globally in the last few years.
