I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW). I received both my Bachelors in Psychology and Masters in Social Work from Boston University, with a specialization in behavioral health. I have worked with individuals ages 7 to adulthood facing a range of issues including anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, and relationship issues. I specialize in working with clients struggling with OCD, anxiety, and related disorders. My approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing. In my free time, you can find me crafting, reading, or LEGO building!
