LEARN MORE ABOUT ME

I am a master’s level clinician providing in-person and virtual therapy at the Milton location. I earned my Bachelor’s in Social Work at West Virginia University (2014) and my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Wake Forest University (2022). I have a background in outpatient settings, providing individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation and self harm, autism spectrum disorder, identity concerns, life changes, and trauma. My therapeutic approach centers around creating a supportive and non-judgmental environment that promotes healing, empowerment, and overall well-being. I utilize various modalities such as Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Feminist, and Strengths-Based approaches. Outside of work, I enjoy fiber arts and creating, reading, hiking, and browsing thrift stores. Since moving to Massachusetts, I love to spend time exploring the area and being on the water.
