LEARN MORE ABOUT ME

If you are looking for support for yourself, your relationship, or your family, I offer a warm, collaborative approach to counseling. With couples, I draw on Imago Relationship Therapy to strengthen communication, build empathy, and foster deeper connection—whether you are navigating conflict, life transitions, or simply wanting to feel closer.

With individuals and families, I specialize in supporting life transitions, infertility and pregnancy loss, NICU experiences, chronic illness, and parenting children with disabilities. As both a counselor and a parent of children with disabilities, I bring professional expertise and lived understanding into the therapy space. My background as a special education teacher, school counselor, and disability advocate also helps me guide families through both personal challenges and complex systems.

I am also an award-winning author, publishing children’s books that celebrate authentic and empowering disability representation. I offer virtual sessions with flexible hours and believe counseling should be a safe place where you feel truly heard and leave with practical tools to carry into everyday life.
