LEARN MORE ABOUT ME

I'm so glad you're here! Starting therapy is a courageous step, whether you're navigating anxiety, perfectionism, substance use, identity exploration, relational trauma, or the unique challenges of pregnancy and early parenthood. I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and individuals across the lifespan, including LGBTQ+ clients, who are ready to explore their inner world and build a more grounded, fulfilling life.

As a fellow millennial, I understand the unique pressures of our generation—balancing identity, relationships, work, and wellness in an often overwhelming world. Whether you’re facing burnout, self-doubt, big transitions, or just feeling stuck, I’m here to meet you with compassion and curiosity.

I strongly believe that we are the experts in our own lives. My role is to walk alongside you, offering support, insight, and evidence-based tools to help you better understand your experience and create meaningful change. I strive to cultivate an inclusive, non-judgmental space where you feel safe to reflect, process, and grow.

I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused Therapy—tailoring each session to your unique needs. Together, we’ll make sense of your experiences and work toward a life that feels more connected, empowered, and aligned with your values.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, reading, listening to podcasts, going to the beach, attending concerts, and watching football & reality TV, usually with my french bulldog, Deacon.

If you're ready to take the next step in your healing journey, I’d be honored to support you.
