LEARN MORE ABOUT ME

I am a compassionate and trauma-informed Master's level clinician dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals navigating life's challenges. I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Endicott College (2018) and my Master's degree in Professional Counseling from Ottawa University (2023). My therapeutic approach is rooted in warmth, empathy, and the belief that people can heal and move towards well-being through a supportive therapeutic relationship and by accessing strengths already present within themselves. I specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Person-Centered Therapy. These modalities, combined with a focus on the mind-body connection and psycho-education about the nervous system, allow me to help clients process past experiences, regulate difficult emotions, and foster resilience. My hope is to empower you to reconnect with yourself, develop self-awareness, and build the tools necessary for lasting change. Whether you're working through trauma, anxiety, or life transitions, I strive to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported in your journey toward healing and growth. I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
