LEARN MORE ABOUT ME

I am a master’s level clinician offering telehealth and in-person therapy in the Braintree office. As a life-long believer in the healing power of creative practices, I obtained my Master’s degree in Expressive Arts Therapy from Lesley University. I am passionate about incorporating various expressive arts (visual art, writing, movement, music, drama) in healing spaces to support individual growth and self-expression.

I believe every therapy journey is unique and calls for a personalized approach, there is no one size fits all solution. I draw from a variety of evidence-based practices, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to meet each person’s individual needs.

I have worked across diverse environments, including school and residential settings, supporting individuals of all ages and backgrounds as they navigate a broad spectrum of challenges. I am passionate in supporting those navigating complex mental health and medical conditions, grief, trauma, and systemic injustice. I am committed to ensuring that anyone seeking support has access to therapy, and I walk alongside my clients every step of their journey.

In my free time I can be found reading, watching sitcoms or anime, and spending time with my family!
