LEARN MORE ABOUT ME
I’m a Master’s Level Clinician based in Lexington, MA, offering both in-person and telehealth therapy. I received my BA in Psychology, completed my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Couples and Family Therapy from William James College, and continue to expand my knowledge of Clinical Psychology as I work towards my doctorate and ultimate specialization in Neuropsychology. My clinical experience spans various settings, including work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for an organization servicing 2-18 year olds diagnosed with Autism, and residential, milieu, and partial hospitalization programs. I now primarily work with children and adolescents (ages 2–18), and provide individual, group, and family therapy.
My areas of focus include identity development, attachment, crisis intervention, relationship challenges, and self-injurious thoughts and behaviors. Using a client-centered, trauma-informed approach, I strive to meet clients where they are the moment they step into my office. I enjoy using creativity, warmth, humor and incorporating techniques from CBT, Psychodynamic Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Play Therapy, Expressive Arts, mindfulness to support the therapeutic process—creating a space that feels safe, collaborative, and uniquely tailored to each client. I believe therapy provides a space for reflection, self-discovery, and meaningful growth, while also offering relief from distress. Outside the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with friends, family, and my dog—especially on long walks. I also love reading, painting, pressing flowers, and exploring new places.
