LEARN MORE ABOUT ME

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist based out of Verge Therapy’s Lexington, MA office. I received my Bachelor’s degree from Ithaca College in 2014 and my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in 2021. I worked for two years in a community clinic helping a wide range of clients before coming to Verge in 2023.

I primarily work with adults, and it is my goal to provide an open and safe space for clients to explore the parts of themselves that otherwise may be left in the shadows. I honor the unique differences my clients bring - including background, race, socioeconomic status, gender identity, and sexual identity - and tailor treatment to fit each client’s needs. In utilizing an eclectic mix of modalities, including parts work, psychodynamic therapy, and narrative therapy, I aim to help clients recognize and utilize their own strengths and internal resources in order to live an authentic, fulfilling life.

In my free time, I enjoy playing guitar and making music, spending time outside, reading, exploring dream work, being with friends and family, and caring for my cat Annie (who will often make an appearance in virtual sessions!)
