LEARN MORE ABOUT ME

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who provides individual therapy to adults, adolescents, and children. I aim to make therapy a safe space for insight and change through an empathic, humorous, and genuine approach. I work with people of all races, genders, and sexual orientations. My areas of interest include anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma/PTSD, relationship concerns, self-esteem, and ADHD. My clinical work is informed by a range of relational and evidence-based practices including ACT, interpersonal therapy, CBT, and solution-focused therapy. I received my Master of Social Work degree from Simmons University in Boston, Massachusetts, and have previously worked in school and crisis settings.

Outside of work, I enjoy fly fishing, spending time with my family, and competing for the affection of our three cats.
