LEARN MORE ABOUT ME

As a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master's degree from the Boston University School of Social Work, I am dedicated to supporting individuals impacted by trauma. My focus is helping survivors of sexual assault, veterans, and members of the LGBTQIA2S+ community.

With a wealth of experience in various settings, including crisis, outpatient, inpatient, and the VA, I bring a diverse and compassionate approach to therapy. My therapeutic approach is attachment-focused and integrates somatic modalities such as Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. These approaches are designed to assist those struggling with trauma-related symptoms, attachment issues, emotional dysregulation, and relationship challenges.

In my work, I follow a three-phase trauma-informed approach. Initially, we concentrate on discovering effective coping skills and resources to reduce your symptoms. Next, if necessary, we work together to process the emotions, memories, and burdens that impact your mental health. Lastly, we focus on integrating everything you have learned in therapy into your daily life, empowering you to live the life you deserve.

It takes courage to seek healing, and I'm here to support you every step of the way. Let's embark on a journey of transformation and empowerment together. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my dog, reading, and practicing yoga!
