LEARN MORE ABOUT ME

I am a licensed psychotherapist with a master’s degree from Simmons University. I spent several years working in outpatient community mental health, treating adults with a wide variety of challenges including depression, anxiety, PTSD, complex trauma, life transitions, and loss. Drawing upon my experience working with a range of issues, I developed a particular passion for treating those who are navigating relationship issues, heartbreak, relational trauma, grief, and the complexities of contemporary dating culture.

I received post-graduate training in Internal Family Systems levels 1 and 2, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and Cognitive Restructuring for Traumatic Stress. By integrating these evidence-based modalities, I aim to guide clients in uncovering the root causes of their emotional challenges, shifting old patterns, and paving the way for lasting growth.

As a psychotherapist, I don’t believe prescriptive life advice is what leads to healing. You are already the expert of your own life, but perhaps I can ask the right questions to get our work started. Together we will help you build valuable insight and the confidence to create changes you want to see. My priority is to create a safe space where you can be your authentic self while on your path to discovery, resilience, and self-compassion. You set the pace, and I will meet you there."

In my free time, I enjoy reading, music, quality time with loved ones, and participating in my community’s recreational sports league.
