LEARN MORE ABOUT ME

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor currently providing outpatient services for Verge Therapy. I utilize an integrative approach to therapy by combining techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy and expressive arts with a solution focused perspective.

I received my bachelor's degree from Wheaton College and my masters degree from William James College. I have worked in a variety of settings that have helped me to be a well-rounded clinician who is best suited to help individuals and their families. I started my career working in intensive settings such as Mc-Lean-Franciscan’s Children and Adolescent unit and HRI’s Dual Diagnosis unit and Acute Adult Psychiatric unit. I completed a clinical practicum in a therapeutic school and worked as an outpatient therapist in several different locations in Boston.

My goal for every client is to help them to be the person they want to be and become more self-aware and have more self- compassion. As a therapist, I work with clients to help them learn how to cope through life’s challenges and guide them through the healing process.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends, family, and my cat. You will likely find me reading (for example) at the beach, tending to my ever-growing collection of house plants, and attempting new recipes in the kitchen.
