LEARN MORE ABOUT ME

I am a master's level clinician and received my bachelor's degree in Psychology and my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, both at the University of North Georgia. My clinical practicum and internship was at the Children's Center for Hope and Healing where I worked with kids and teens who survived sexual abuse, utilizing the TF-CBT model.

After graduating, I moved from Georgia to Massachusetts and have spent the past two years working for Arbour Counseling Services. I enjoy working with clients of all ages. I have experience in helping clients learn to cope with trauma, anxiety, depression, LGBTQIA+ topics, and other problems that may arise in life.

My therapeutic style centers around building a supportive working relationship, and meeting my clients with kindness, empathy, and without judgment. My clinical approach is tailored to fit each client's needs. I often utilize Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Strength Based counseling. My hope is to work together to build upon your strengths to achieve your therapeutic goals.
