LEARN MORE ABOUT ME
Since graduating from Boston University in 2016, I have been practicing as a social worker in outpatient adult mental health. I work with individuals, couples, and groups using attachment-based psychodynamic theory, CBT, and mindfulness-based practices. My areas of specialty include depression, anxiety disorders, adjustment disorders, addiction, and relational stressors.
The last few years, I have focused on working in women’s health, supporting women through infertility, pregnancy, loss, and postpartum depression/anxiety concerns. I have also helped clients and their partners navigate the adjustment to parenthood, supporting both their individual transitions to becoming a parent as well as strengthening their connection and bond as a couple.
Outside of work I enjoy reading, traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with my husband, daughter and our small rescue pup.
