LEARN MORE ABOUT ME
*I am only accepting virtual clients
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Clark University and a Master’s degree from the Boston College School of Social Work. While at Boston College, I specialized in mental health and clinical social work with Latinx communities. As a second-generation daughter to immigrant parents, I am keen on the impact of generational issues and the work it takes to disrupt these. Through my lived experiences and professional work in hospital-based settings, I have become aware of the stressors that impact individuals and families after traumatic situations, which is why I am committed to supporting and empowering my clients as they try to find healing after trauma.
I specialize in working with adults of different backgrounds who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, racial/ethnic identity, and relationship issues. I consider clients’ past experiences, their identities, and personal goals to create an individualized treatment based on each individual’s unique needs. I hope we can work together towards the transformation you hope to see in your life.
I also offer virtual EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy) services for clients wanting to address:
- PTSD/CPTSD and trauma-related disorders
- Childhood trauma
- Relationship trauma
- Violence and abuse
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Low self-esteem
