Jenna is a skillful, compassionate, and intuitive therapist. Her work is dynamic, collaborative, and strength-based, rooted in mind-body principles. She believes in the “top-down” approaches of psychotherapy, meaning using talking and thinking strategies for change. She also believes in the “bottom-up” skills of yoga/movement, breathing, and other mind-body strategies. These two combined can create a safe and powerful healing environment. Jenna's specialties include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and early-onset psychosis. Jenna works to empower her clients with an eclectic approach while meeting each client where they are.
Jenna utilizes and specializes in a combination of techniques from CBT & DBT, Solutions Focused(SFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy(ACT), and Narrative Therapy, as well as TF-CBT and CBT for Psychosis and movement-based/somatic therapies. Jenna is culturally sensitive, provides gender-affirming care, and is sex-positive. For over 20 years, Jenna has worked with a diverse population of folks ranging in age and diagnosis. She believes in creating a non-judgmental, safe, and authentic environment for everyone. Jenna supports the values of anti-racism, and anti-oppression, and is an ally for individuals who are LGBTQIA+ and from marginalized communities.
