I most enjoy working with clients who experience anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem and stressful life transitions. My approach includes EMDR, Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing. I am also solution-focused and work in a way that is very open and honest with my clients.

I believe that having a strong therapeutic relationship sets the foundation for great change in one's life and experience in therapy. My goal is to walk this journey with you and help guide you to healing, strength, and happiness in your life. I am here to explore your struggles, identify your strengths, and make improved lasting changes towards the goals you would like to achieve. My clients describe me as warm, approachable, genuine and positive. In our work together, I strive to create a strong and trustworthy connection with you so that you can begin to heal and be the best version of yourself.
