LEARN MORE ABOUT ME
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) excited to be working as a per-diem therapist providing virtual therapy as a member of the Verge Therapy team. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Human Development at Boston College and my Master’s degree in Social Work at the University of Chicago where I specialized in school social work. Since 2015, I have worked as an outpatient school-based therapist working at Franciscan Children’s supporting children and adolescents in Boston Public Schools. I also currently work as a school social worker in Boston Public Schools. In my career, I have learned the importance of strong collaboration, communication, self-determination, and providing a safe, non-judgmental space for self-exploration and learning through the therapeutic process. In my practice, I utilize a variety of evidence-based modalities including CBT, TF-CBT, solution-focused therapy, play therapy, and others. By using a variety of modalities, my hope is to support clients’ individual needs and their unique journeys. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, playing with my dog, reading, trying out new restaurants and cuisines, and watching documentaries (true crime and history!).
