LEARN MORE ABOUT ME

Throughout my career, I have worked on building my skills in a variety of areas and settings, such as partial programs, individual therapy, and school counseling. I have worked with children, adolescents and adults, conducting individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions. In addition, I have provided support and skill-building for parents.

I utilize a non-judgmental collaborative approach with clients that focuses on their goals and needs. I incorporate a variety of therapeutic strategies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Behavioral Therapy (BT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Clients have also found value when I apply cognitive somatic approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), as well as, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), which utilizes tapping on body parts to help align the body’s energy systems and desensitize triggers.

My clients describe me as kind, non-judgmental, as well as committed to their health and well-being. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and older adults.

I am currently accepting clients and would love to be a part of your journey to self-improvement.
