Chief Operating Officer (COO)

As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Verge Therapy, my goals are to evaluate and improve the quality of operations to provide the best access and care to current and future clients as well as support the development, growth, and well-being of our clinicians. My hope is also to continue to grow the practice to allow greater access to treatment for individuals, as well as engage in advocacy and outreach in our local communities.

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), I have found a passion in the profession for not only working with individuals and families but also the importance of supervision, programming, and quality assurance oversight within practices and systems. I have been a part of developing group mental health programming within the juvenile justice system, as well as developing a didactic and group supervision program for Social Work student interns.

My clinical experiences have been across a variety of settings including child and adolescent inpatient units, partial hospitalization programs, emergency departments, the juvenile justice system, and public schools systems. The leadership roles I held across these settings allowed me to develop skills to support clinical teams, assess daily operations, and develop and implement mental health programming.

I earned a Masters of Social Work degree from Boston University in 2018 where I specialized in Children, Adolescents, and Families as well as Trauma and Violence. I also hold a Certificate in Child and Family Forensics from William James and am a Certified Dialectical Behavioral Therapist (DBT). In my spare time I enjoy being outside going on hikes with my Golden Retriever, kayaking, and camping. I also enjoy True Crime Podcasts and watching BRAVO TV.
