As a Master's level mental health counselor, I provide individual therapy at the Foxboro office and virtually. Therapy can be a transformative experience, providing opportunities for self-reflection, growth, acceptance, and forgiveness. My therapeutic approach is rooted in a person-centered, strengths-based perspective, to prioritize your needs. Establishing a safe and objective space for you to do challenging work is essential to the therapeutic process.

Diversity and inclusivity are crucial in therapy, and I take pride in working with individuals from a variety of cultural backgrounds. I am fluent in Spanish and offer therapy in English and Spanish.

In therapy, we will work together to identify your goals and develop strategies to achieve them. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship issues, my goal is to empower you to make positive changes in your life.
