LEARN MORE ABOUT ME

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) based out of our Foxboro office. I provide in-person and virtual individual therapy to adolescents and adults. My treatment approach is grounded in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and other strength-based modalities. I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where my clients feel comfortable engaging in exploration that promotes self-connection and positive change with the ultimate goal of feeling more fulfilled in their lives.

I have worked in the mental health field for 10 years. Before and while attending graduate school, I worked at McLean Hospital SouthEast in their adolescent community-based acute treatment (CBAT) and partial hospitalization program (PHP). While earning my Masters in Social Work (MSW) from Boston University, I interned with Riverside’s Emergency Services and conducted in-home therapy through the Justice Resource Institute. Upon graduating in 2018, I worked at a therapeutic residential school and have been in private practice since 2020.

In my free time, I prioritize spending time with family and friends and enjoy exploring my community, being outside, and reading.
