LEARN MORE ABOUT ME

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor currently providing individual therapy with Verge Therapy at the Foxboro location. I see clients both in person and/or via telehealth.

I received my master’s degree from Bridgewater State University in 2020 where I completed a dual degree in counseling and school-based work. My professional work has centered around working with adolescents and adults navigating through depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, grief, identity development, women’s issues, and mood disorders. My clinical experience comes from working within a community mental health clinic as well as an intensive inpatient hospital setting. I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life, including those who identify within the LGBTQIA+ community, folks coming from a low socioeconomic status, and those coming from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Through a client-centered lens, I incorporate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, trauma-informed work, psychodynamic, and holistic modalities to help clients work towards their identified goals. I believe that the foundation of meaningful work with clients is creating a safe space to foster an inclusive, authentic, and trusting therapeutic relationship. By utilizing a balance of therapeutic approaches and humor (a bit of sarcasm too), I have had the privilege of walking with clients through the ups and downs of life.

In my free time, I like to do my best to prioritize self-care by doing things such as watching Netflix documentaries or being near the water. You can always catch me wearing Crocs- ask me about my collection!
