LEARN MORE ABOUT ME
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor currently providing individual therapy with the Verge team on an in-office and telehealth basis at the Foxboro location. I received my master’s degree from Bridgewater State University in 2018 and received my LMHC in 2020.
My professional work has focused on working with adolescents and adults navigating depression, self-injurious behavior, suicidal ideation, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, life transitions, grief, and interpersonal challenges. I have worked in diverse levels of care including community-based outpatient care, residential adolescent treatment at McLean Hospital, and providing crisis care for survivors of sexual violence. I have spent much of my career working with diverse populations and have been afforded the privilege to walk alongside them in their personal journeys.
I often incorporate evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and holistic modalities to support individuals to enact meaningful change in building their version of a fulfilling life. I genuinely believe each person is the expert in their own experience and that an important part of growth takes place within the therapeutic alliance. A foundational piece of my therapeutic approach starts with building an inclusive, respectful, safe, and honest working relationship. I will always work to meet each client where they are in the moment while infusing humor and a down to earth approach in each session.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my pets (cat and dog), traveling, reading, and discussing any and all things Star Wars. You can often find me listening to a true crime podcast while browsing at Target.
