I am a dedicated and compassionate clinician with a Masters degree in Psychology from Harvard University with a strong commitment to promoting mental wellness and personal development. My unique therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based techniques, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and strength-building strategies to effectively assist adolescent and adult clients in their journey towards emotional well-being and optimal functioning.

I am a strong advocate of utilizing personal strengths as catalysts for growth. By harnessing a client’s innate abilities and talents, I will strive to empower them to navigate challenges and realize their full potential. My emphasis on positive psychology encourages clients to discover their strengths, fostering a sense of self-empowerment and accomplishment.
