LEARN MORE ABOUT ME

I am a Master’s-level clinician with a passion for helping teens and young adults discover a deeper understanding of their mind and self. I have extensive experience working as a school counselor and community-based clinician with young people of all ages. I work with individuals who are undergoing life transitions, experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship and family concerns, and those who identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community.

My therapeutic approach is based on Gestalt theory, which emphasizes the importance of the present experience and mindfulness. However, I wholeheartedly believe that therapy is a collaborative process and that different individuals may benefit from a variety of methods, including CBT, DBT, and play therapy.
Creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals can reflect and heal is my top priority. I want to empower people to be their authentic selves and work towards their goals.

In my free time, I love playing and listening to music, being an at-home barista, cuddling with my two black cats, and absorbing all things spooky.
