LEARN MORE ABOUT ME

I am a Master's level clinician with a Bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of New Hampshire and a Master's degree in Social Work from Boston College. I work with kids, teens, adolescents, young adults, and adults. I utilize multiple modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma Focused, Solution Focused Therapy, Play Therapy, and Narrative Therapy to form a client-centered approach. I offer in-person and virtual visits, as well as evening hours.

My primary goal as a clinician is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and change, and I strive to help my clients tap into their inner strengths and resources to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

In my practice, I work with a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and behavioral challenges. I tailor my approach to each individual client, drawing on evidence-based techniques and interventions to best meet their unique needs and goals.
Whether you're seeking support for yourself or a loved one, I am here to help. I welcome clients of all backgrounds, ages, and identities, and I am committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive space where everyone feels heard and valued.

I have a passion for cooking, baking, and music! I enjoy using my interests to connect with my clients and form an open and trusting therapeutic relationship.
